What is the Emergenetics Certification Program?
The Emergenetics Certification Program is a professional training and certification program that prepares participants to confidently use the Emergenetics assessment and facilitate Emergenetics workshops.
Certified Associates are equipped to debrief Emergenetics Profiles, lead workshops such as Meeting of the Minds and Team Dynamics for Small Groups and integrate Emergenetics into organizational development and talent initiatives.

• Pre-work and eLearning modules
• Live, facilitated training sessions led by a Master Emergenetics Associate
• A final assessment required for certification
The program is accredited by HRCI and ICF.
