Team Dynamics for Small Groups is a virtual team development program designed for small teams of three to nine people who want to improve communication, collaboration and decision-making.
This blended learning experience combines self-paced learning with a live, facilitated session to help teams understand their individual and collective work styles using the Emergenetics framework.

The Team Dynamics for Small Groups program includes:
• An introductory eLearning course
• A 90-minute live virtual session led by a Certified Emergenetics Associate
During the program, teams:

• Review individual Profiles and a Group Profile
• Discuss how preferences influence team dynamics and performance
